This unique lodging is located 25 minutes from Seattle and Tacoma. It is located on an island in Puget Sound in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. It offers a unique Western setting with Indian teepees, covered wagons,  comfortable private rooms, and plenty of space for camping.  Camping is very affordable and we offer a discounted rate for AAA members. The beautiful 10 acre ranch boarders a 100 acre reserve and offers a relaxing retreat from the city.

Weddings;
We have two wedding facilities, the AYH Ranch or Marine View Estates. The ranch offers a more casual western setting and the other a beautiful waterfront location next to Dockton Park. We also have the Lavender Duck Inn for private rooms for special guests.

Due to the economic situation, we have lowered our prices at the AYH Ranch Hostel, Marine View Estate, and Lavender Duck Inn for your wedding or private rooms.
