Foot:
Take bus 560 direct to the Fauntleroy Ferry
Dock in WestSeattle (20 min ride) This bus runs from 5:30am
to 11:06pm. It runs every 30 minutes during these hours.
Once on the Island catch any bus to the
Thriftway Grocery Store and call on the free phone inside
store for a free pickup.
After 9:30pm call the hostel for a pick up from the ferry
($10 charge).
By
Bicycle:
Airport to Vashon: Go
north on the airport Perimeter Road, cross 154 and
continue North on 24th Ave. S, turn left on 128th St.,
right on Ambaum or 16th, left on 107th, right on Marine
View Dr., left on Fauntleroy Ave. and look for Fauntleroy
Ferry Dock. (45min. cycling, 15min. ferry crossing)
or if too tired to ride, BUS
560 direct from airport to Fauntleroy Ferry
Dock in West Seattle.
Seattle
to Vashon: If you want to see Seattle first,
use Bus 194 to downtown and then
the passenger only ferry from Pier 50 to
Vashon. (20min.to downtown, 25min. ferry
crossing) weekdays only, last foot ferry leaves pier
50 at 6:10pm.....check schedules below for latest changes.

Auto:
Head for Burien from airport access
ramp,
turn right on Ambaum or 16th, left on 107th, right on Marine
View Dr., left on Fauntleroy and look for Fauntleroy Ferry
Dock. After 6:10pm use the auto-passenger ferry in West
Seattle.
