on the Island:

Take any bus to the
town of Vashon (do not hesitate, bus will not wait). Go to
Thriftway grocery store, shop first, then call hostel for
free pickup.
Sundays only
call the hostel from the Vashon dock ( when
you have landed on Vashon island) for a free pickup

Directions:
From the Northend
Ferry Dock
(Seattle end),
follow the main flow of traffic on Vashon Highway. Turn
right on Cove Road (look for AYH Ranch sign at turn). Go one
and half miles on Cove and look for hostel sign on left side
of road just past 121st Ave.
From
the Southend Ferry Dock
(Tacoma end),
proceed on Vashon Highway about 17 miles, pass through the
town of Vashon (the town with the Dairy Queen and movie theater),
turn left on Cove Road, go one and a half miles, look for
hostel sign on left side of road, just past 121st
Ave.
