the AYH Ranch or Marineview Estate
24 hour Full Grounds Rental at
the AYH Ranch, private use only $2500. It includes
lodging for 60 guests and 3 private rooms. Alcohol is permitted
with Private Full Grounds Rental, 12noon to 12noon. You are responsible
for recycling and clean up. You are responsible for assigning
your guest sleeping quarters. All equipment must be replaced if
moved. A 50% deposit due to reserve and final payment + tax due
1week prior to wedding.
Rent Day Use (12noon to 5pm) $600. It includes private
use of barn with no alcohol. Other guests will be present on hostel
grounds. You must leave grounds at 5pm unless lodging has been
booked.
Rent Evening Use (12noon to midnight) $1000. It includes private
use of the barn with no alcohol. Other guests will be present
on the grounds and quiet hours are observed at 10pm. After 10pm
your guest must remain inside with doors closed. All guests will
need to vacate the grounds at midnight unless they have paid for
lodging.
We have 200 rental chairs for $1.50 per chair. They can
be covered with white covers that tie in the back with a large
bow for another $1.50 per chair. We also have 10 long tables that
rent for $2.00 each and sit 8 people.

We are located in Dockton on Vashon-Maury Island.
The estate is a historical site from the late 30's when Dockton
was
an active ship building and brick making center. The estate had
a large woodfired green house that provided the gardens with rododendrums,
camelias, interesting trees and greenery. The green house is long
gone, but the old setting offers a unique place for your reception
dinner.
The grounds overlook the Dockton Park and beautiful Quartermaster
Harbor. 500 feet of low bank waterfront offers a picuresque setting
for a wedding. There is access to the beach and Dockton Park Docks
so boats can be moored at the park.
We can accomodate large or small weddings. Our grounds
rent for $1500. With your rental, you have use of our fun guest
house called Bahama Mamas. Use it for your caterors or a place
to change for the wedding. You are responsible for all rentals,
setups, catering, and cleanup. We order one porta potty per 100
guests and charge you for the rental. We have wedding planners
available and prices vary with the size and elegance of the wedding.
You save money by doing all the planning and set up yourself.
Our planners will take care of the rental arrangements, catering,
and setup. Prices are less if you participate in the set up, but
you are responsible for all clean up. We do have 200 chairs
to rent at a cost of $1.50. They are beige and can be covered
with white covers that have an organza bow in the back, very nice
for a wedding. The covers rent for $1.50 each. We also have 10
long tables for $5.00 each. True Value has rentals on the island
as does The Little House.
Set up the day before and use the grounds for a rehearsal dinner
5pm till 9pm. The day of the wedding is for the full day 10am
to10pm. All guests must leave by11:30pm. Cleanup can be arranged
for the following day but must be finished by 12noon. All rental
equipment must be rinsed, stacked, and ready for pickup.
A 50% deposit is necessary to hold the reservation. The remainder
+ tax is due one week prior to the wedding. If you cancel you
forfit your deposit.
